i say the best is the weight with string attached, holding your arms out in front of you, and rolling the weight up.

if you swing too fast you won't always make it go far... it depends on the speed of the pitch too... mostly you'll ground out if ur not lucky enough to hit it far... :D

have you ever seen a mlb player that was skin and bone? if you have its news to me but this guy is right, power is using weight to your advantage. building up the forearms and wrists are for bat speed. you probably have a swing that uses all 150 lbs to your advantage. :\

strength isnt the biggest factor in a swing, its the swing itself, and the batetr that makes the ball go harder and farther. IM NOT BRAGGING, but im 150 pounds, weak as hell, and i was the homerun, double, and AVG leader on my freshman team. dont just bulk up, learn how to swing a bat
