I think that the person is using text language here . It is commonly used to shorten the message in sending text messages for mobile /cell phones regardless of the spelling and grammar as long as the person you are communicating with understands. Ror example, instead of writing the whole word "you", a person can just write "u". You did understand what he said, didn't you? so you must be pretty knowledgeable. : )

There are a lot of things that need to be changed in the govt. Did you get to deal with any of the departments? Sorry if it was a disappointment for you. Hoping that the country's government will have a better leadership so that there will be a better Phils.

I agree. I've been to the cities and the provinces. If you've only been to Manila's Quiapo and Mabini, it's like experiencing New York dirty areas. Not all parts of NY and likewise Mla., are dirty. You could have gone to some other places. Sorry, man. Didn't work out for you and your friend. If there's a next time for your friend and depending on how much he far he is willing to travel and spend, I suggest Palawan and Davao (not the city) but go out to another island. Good luck!

the only people visiting Philippines are looking for cheap whores and drugs....that's all it's good for.....my friend went there in April for 7 days and left after 2 days.......he couldn't believe the filth.....i have been there, I know.......
