Reinforce the player's focus on every pitch
Have them get in the "stance" before each pitch. This helps their focus.
Talk to the players in the field throughout the game.
Train them to ask 3 themselves 3 questions after each pitch:
How many outs?
What do I do if the ball is hit to me?
How many runners on base?
Teach the players to talk to each other in the field.
Encourage them when they make the mental errors.
